These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2. Accuracy of Site Information & Sizing Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, chest/neck circumference dimensions, tensile load limits, and pricing. Pet owners are responsible for measuring their dog's ribcage and neck accurately prior to purchasing. Ferro Tails reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Canine Safety & Non-Chewable Gear Disclaimer

Walking & Restraint Safety Notice: Always inspect harnesses, leashes, and buckles for wear before outdoor use. Ensure collars and harnesses are fitted snugly (allowing two fingers between gear and your pet's body) to prevent escape. Chewing & Ingestion Warning: While engineered with high-density 1000D nylon webbing and heavy metal hardware, walking harnesses and leashes are not indestructible chew toys. Never leave gear accessible to unattended dogs prone to chewing. Ferro Tails is not liable for dog escapes, injuries, vehicle incidents, or fiber ingestion resulting from improper gear fitting or chew damage.
